Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding standard U.S. holidays.

Shipping Rates & Options

• Domestic (U.S.): All orders are shipped using live carrier rates at checkout to offer you the lowest-cost, most efficient available delivery option based on your location.
  
• International: International delivery options and rates are provided at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, chosen carrier, and local customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order dispatches, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs processing, and peak seasonal volumes may occasionally affect delivery timelines. These circumstances are outside our control, but we will do our best to help you track your package if issues arise.
