Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your skincare routine. If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the requirements below.

Condition Requirements & Disposal Policy

Due to the hygiene and safety standards required for personal care and skincare products:

  • Products must not show significant use or be returned empty, damaged, or altered.
  • Final sale items are non-refundable.
  • Non-Compliant Returns & Disposal: Returns that do not meet our condition requirements or fall outside our 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund. To protect product safety, items rejected during inspection will be disposed of immediately and will not be returned or shipped back to the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are solely responsible for return shipping costs. You must ship your return package using your preferred carrier. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Inspection: Once received, our fulfillment partner will inspect the item to ensure it meets our condition guidelines.
  2. Refund Issuance: If approved, a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping fees) will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
